UBS Big on growth

UBS was hosting their Big on Growth Conference - an internal event to promote the company's growth and inspire a culture of innovation within the organisation. Our team was tasked with creating promotional assets that would engage employees, foster creativity and encourage active participation.

Our team created event branding - including invitations and merchandise - as well as an event landing page and accompanying digital assets. Simple designs worked to invite aspirational feelings, while images of mountains evoked a mood of scaling, growing or climbing.
